The main steel part of the prefabricated steel workshop/warehouse:
1. H section steel columns, beams and wind-proof columns
2. With treatment of painting or hot dipped galvanized.
3. Roof & Wall C/Z Purlin
4. Tie Bar: φ 89*3.0,φ 115*3.5,etc.
5. Roof Support & Support between Columns: φ 20 steel bar
6. Sag rod: φ 12 steel bar
7. Knee Bracing: Angle Steel
Roof and wall wrapping:
1. Roof & Wall Corrugated Single Steel Sheet: 0.3mm-0.6mm,Color: offwhite, blue, red
2. Roof & Wall Sandwich Panel Insulated with EPS Foam, Glasswool, Rockwool and PU: 50mm-150mm
3. Transparent Sheet (FRP): 1.2mm-2.0mm.
4. Flashings: Made by Color-coated Corrugated Steel Sheet
5. Roof ventilator: φ 500mm non-power ventilator
Windows & Doors
1. Window: Louver Window ,Skylight Window,Aluminum-alloy Window
2. Door: Sliding Door , Roll-up Door,Aluminum alloy Door
Fasteners
High-strength Bolt; Common Bolt and Nut; Self-tapping Screws; Foundation Bolt and Nut, ETC

2.Certification: CE, BV, SGS, LIoyd’s
3. Project size: length: normally from 20 to 300m, width from 10m to 60m; height from 2.5m to 30m eave height.

5.Design: according to customer's requirement or we make a design for our clients
6.Quality control : manufacturer with high quality control or use the third party
7.Installation: Our Engineer helps to instruct the installation or we send the Engineer to construction site
8.Guarantee: The main structure over 35 to 50 years, wall the roof cladding: 15Years
